I was in my kitchen and wanted to show you the smoothie I drink almost every day... π« This has been one of my little secrets for gaining weight π€«π I love making my shakes with milk, sugar, berries, and when I want to feel extra full, lots of oats!
I thought it would just be a snack... but after finishing the first full blender, I felt like I needed more, so I went for a second round π³ and finished that one too!
