Hi guys! I'm coming with a new challenge this time! This was about drinking 2 liters of a protein fruit shake in less than 15 minutes!! I have to say this was delicious but also hard to drink that amount of vitamins in so less time but I heard that things like this will make me gain even more in less time so I'm excited cause I think it'll works very well on me, what do you all think?π€¨π
